Our lashes are designed to be reused, and with proper care, they will last 12+ applications before needing to be replaced.
After every use, soak a cotton swab with oil-free make up remover to gently dab along the lash line softening the remaining glue. Wait for 60 seconds using a tweezer to gently pull excess glue off of lash line. Repeat steps until lash line is clean from adhesive. Soak another cotton swab with rubbing alcohol. Gently dab along the lash band and lash hairs. This is a crucial step as this will sterilize your lashes!

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we offer a full refund within seven days of the delivery date. Please make sure the product is not used or damaged in any way. Contact support@nikolashes.com with your order number and refund reason, and we will share the instructions to return the product. We will analyze the product upon arrival and issue you a refund if it is the same condition. Please note, we will not refund the return shipping cost.
Please note, for handmade lashes, you may notice some discrepancies. The handmade lashes may not look symmetrical. If you notice a little difference in regards to hair assignment, it may not be constituted as a "damaged" item; therefore, replacements will be denied.
